Kaela Uggenti

The Heart & Soul of the operation, Kaela has been in the hospitality industry her entire life. Born and raised in The Annapolis Valley, she always dreamed of working in the world’s most luxurious Hotels & Resorts. She has always enjoyed bringing people together through hospitality experiences. Her commitment and dedication to perfection and the guest experience are a few of the reasons for her continued success in the industry. Putting down roots in Nova Scotia she is now excited to bring her expansive hospitality experience to the east coast

Gabriel Uggenti

Chef-Owner Gabriel Uggenti, born & raised in Hamilton, Ontario began working in small local kitchens at the age of thirteen and never looked back. Classically trained at London’s Fanshawe College he then began travelling. First to the west coast of Canada where he joined the kitchen brigade at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler & Jasper Park Lodge. Gabriel continued his culinary journey moving to the UK, where he worked at 1michelin star Restaurant Martin Wishart and as stagiaire at 3michelin star Moor Hall. After a short stint helping to open Dartmouth’s Oxalis Restaurant, He now leads the Culinary and Service teams at Grafton Connor Group as Director of Food & Beverage Halifax. Chris Corkum

With over 30 years in the kitchen Chris brings a deep bag of tricks to the AP crew. He’s worked in everything from greasy spoons to white gloves and is just as comfortable in the bakeshop as he is on the hotline. A self proclaimed wannabe sommelier, Chris can do dinner, dessert, and offer up wine pairings as well. An extensive National and International competition tenure has bred a commitment to his craft unmet by most
